Save money and receive faster payment. Sign up for electronic remittance advice (ERA) and electronic funds transfer (EFT). 

Several practice management systems support automated posting of electronic remittance advice. We send our electronic remittance in HIPAA 835 format. Please check with your practice management system vendor for compatibility.

When you sign up for electronic funds transfer, you can receive direct deposit payment to your bank account. Deposits occur within 1-2 days after you receive your electronic remittance advice, and you minimize your risk of lost checks or lockbox delays.
