What account managers do
Claims and tax ID numbers (TINs)
Account managers grant and restrict access to claims information and real-time claims. They also control access to TINs.
Provider ID numbers
Account Managers receive updated Provider Organization information associated with each TIN. This includes any newly added PINs (location information), which are used for querying claims data. Your Account Manager can add or remove PINs from your profile.
Levels of access
Your account manager can grant access or remove all access to claims data. Your account manager can also grant access to real-time claims.
Account passwords and access
Your account manager can reset your password or unlock your account. They can also disable your account or transfer it to another account manager.
