Pamela DeCoste is a global financial executive with a successful career spanning 40 years. She started her career as a certified public accountant with the firm Arthur Andersen & Company before transitioning to key leadership roles in the healthcare sector.

DeCoste spent much of her career at Royal Philips (Philips), a large, diversified health and well-being company headquartered in the Netherlands. In 1998, Philips acquired ATL Ultrasound, Inc., a Seattle-based public company where DeCoste served as the chief financial officer. This role began a long and impactful career at Philips. DeCoste held various financial executive roles both domestically and internationally, managing multi-billion-dollar business groups and markets, and leading the global internal audit and fraud investigation functions out of the Netherlands.

In her various business and functional roles, DeCoste has a proven track record of managing global financial organizations, driving organic and inorganic growth and profitability, and structuring risk-management frameworks. She was also a founding member and chairperson of the Women’s Leadership Council, a group of women executives working on diversity and inclusion at Philips. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a minor in psychology from The College of Idaho, and a master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.

DeCoste retired from Philips in 2018. She is currently involved in board and advisory work, as well as supporting areas of social importance such as diversity, inclusion, and environmental protection. She currently serves as a member of the board of trustees at The College of Idaho and the Presidents Council for Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.
