Chair of the Board

Kristina Leslie has held senior financial management roles at several industry-defining companies. She served as chief financial officer of DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. from 2003 until her retirement in 2007, directing the company’s nearly $900 million initial public offering in 2004. Prior to joining DreamWorks in 1996, Leslie served as director of financial planning for Viacom, and was responsible for financial and strategic planning for Paramount Pictures, Madison Square Garden and publisher Simon and Schuster.

Leslie now contributes her strategic planning and financial management expertise to corporate governance roles across a variety of industries, including health care, finance and technology. She currently serves on boards at CVB Financial Corp, Citizens Business Bank and Glassdoor, Inc. Leslie is also a trustee at Flintridge Preparatory School in La Cañada, California, and has served as a director of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., Methodist Hospital of Southern California, Obagi Medical Products, Inc., and Bare Escentuals, Inc. 

Leslie earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bucknell University and her MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
