SilverSneakers fitness program
Available to most Medicare-eligible members with a Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plan
Get gym, community classes, and online programs. SilverSneakers® is a fitness program designed to help improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. It includes a complimentary membership to over 16,000 participating gym and fitness locations, including women-only locations. We have programs for you for whatever exercise style you prefer: home fitness, community classes, and gyms.
Senior Wellness Assessment
Empower yourself with news you can use. Wellvolution offers a Senior Wellness Assessment to all Medicare members. Fill out a lifestyle questionnaire and receive custom guidance that you and your doctor can use to improve your health.
