Get access to thousands of fitness centers nationwide. Memberships start at $19 per month with no contract and you can choose the gym package that’s right for you. Access to virtual classes included.
There is a one-time enrollment fee of $19; digital-only package also available for $10 per month.
Access fitness benefit programs built for seniors
SilverSneakers® is a fitness benefit designed to help improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. It includes membership to thousands of gym and fitness locations, including women-only locations.
Available only to Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug Plan members.
Discover fitness and physical therapy programs through Wellvolution
These digital programs may help ease pain or soreness in your back, joints, or muscles. They can also support your mobility or strength. Some programs offer workout plans while others offer movement plans designed by physical therapists with real-time feedback from licensed physical therapists.
Wellvolution® also has other health programs designed to help you with more of your health goals. These include diabetes prevention and treatment, mental well-being, blood pressure, and more. All at no extra cost to you.
Some health plans may not include Wellvolution’s fitness and physical therapy program.
Wellvolution is only for members with active Blue Shield of California coverage.
